Lili has a special feeling for people, space and body. The room where she teaches yoga, leads workshops and gives massages is laced with energy that completely takes over your spirit when you walk in. She has been studying, researching, giving massages, counseling, but most of all, listening with her whole being, for the last twenty years. When you enter her space, you enter her world. She makes you feel safe, intense, relaxed, and leads you to discovering pieces of yourself that you immediately fall in love with.

When she's not exploring new methods of relaxing, healing and body nurturing, she takes walks in nature, sits by the sea, lies on her sofa, dances, spends time with her friends or animals and finds a way to beat in the rhythm of her heart. She is a combination of a daring hedonist and a hardworking busy bee and knows that only the combination of these two polar opposites leads to full exploration of her limitless potential.

When she started studying the basics of skin care, she immediately envisioned making her own creams, oils and masks. Her knowledge and creativity led her to start mixing facial elixirs, which are full of the best ingredients and her love for nurturing. Even though she started her independent path by exploring external beauty processes, she is now mostly curious about igniting the inner beauty, but she still likes to spoil her customers with a facial and an exhilarating head massage.

Massage is the contact with the physical, energy and emotional body.  

Massage should be a regular habit for every human being. When we surrender to a massage on a physical level, it helps flush out the stagnant fluids from our body, it relaxes our muscles, tightens our skin and relieves joint pain, blush up pale skin and energize our body. It easily relieves mental blockages and feelings of uneasy. It helps unburden the mind that is full of anger and worries, brightens a feeling of sadness and helps to overcome depression.

Massage is beneficial throughout the year. In the spring, when our bodies are waking up, it helps to stimulate circulation and support the natural detox process of the body, in the summer it supports our relaxation, in the fall it relaxes us and helps us get prepared for the winter and during the winter it helps to wake up our body fluids and limbs from hibernation.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Lymphatic drainage is a massage technique with which we help the lymphatic system flush out the toxins and stagnant fluids from the body. It is the most appropriate for those who have swollen feet and feel a buildup of lymph fluid. Because a classical massage can cause too much circulation, lymphatic drainage is perfect for these cases, because it gently restores the body into a normal state. It helps flush out cellulite and it tightens the skin. It is especially beneficial for pregnant women.

REFLEXOLOGY
Stimulating the feet works mostly on internal organs. When we decide to have a detox, it is especially important to support the body with reflexology and stimulate the liver, bile, spleen, digestive system, kidneys, bladder and stomach. Massaging these zones brings harmony into internal organs and relieves blockages.

Yoga

Besides the high professional level of guiding through intuition, experience and honesty, I would like to point out the feeling of safety I feel to explore my inner world and my body.    U.

She has been perfecting her yoga technique for more than 15 years. She has trained with masters from India, America and Slovenia and throughout the years it's been the main passion, which led her on a path of active life. She teaches Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa flow, but always adds her perspective and experience and leads her students into a more flexible, heart-oriented life. The groups are small and intimate, with three-month courses that connect her students through learning and dedication. This creates a group dynamic with clear rules, so there is a sense of safety to explore the limits of their bodies and minds.

3-MONTH YOGA COURSE

A combination of different yoga techniques and breathing exercises leads you to getting to know your essence and find softness in movement, breath and feeling present in the here and now.

Classes start in January, April and September.

Workshops always bring out new feelings and sensations, because they are fitted to the Moon, seasons and psychophysical states of the participants. Some last the whole weekend and are merged with staying in nature, some only take a Saturday and turn it into a transformative day, some calm the evening that is especially under the influence of the Moon. It is beautiful when you get to breathe in her rhythm.

WORKSHOPS

She defines the content of each workshop individually, so they are always new and different. They are mostly distinguished by a feeling of an individual process within a group dynamic and finding your own natural rhythm among others. You can apply to workshops via e-mail.

Dearmouring

Dearmouring was a calling that turned out to be a new way for her to do body/mind/energy work. After years of doing body work, breath work, studying nutrition, exploring habits and decoding emotional reactions that accompany and lead us through life, dearmouring turned out to be the one solution that binds it all together, allowing her to use all of her personal and professional experiences and merge them with new knowledge. She found her true calling in Dearmouring, because it combines so many levels of awareness and work. Because she has gone through so many powerful and transformative processes she can unconditionally hold space for others and lead the dearmouring process with love, strength and confidence. She guides you through your process with clear instructions and recognizes in each moment where within the process you are. She guides you through accepting and releasing your pain body in tune with your state of mind and body. 150 (120 – 180 minut)

What is Dearmouring?

Dearmouring penetrates our emotional body and allows us to release our emotional blockages or armours that we have been building since birth. Dearmouring affects our emotional wellbeing and enables us to breathe out all blockages, sadness, stress, loss and unhealthy patterns. Because of this, it also relaxes our physical body. It is a way to free the body of all traumas and fill it with pure love, so we can achieve our true potential and allow ourselves to feel joy.

When you get a massage, you surrender to the masseuse, but with dearmouring, you are the one who's in controle. Nobody can force you in to a process you are not ready for. As you prepare for the process, it is important to set an intention, to be conscious of the process and allow yourself to go in to the depths of your trauma.

The pain-body and dearmouring

The pain-body is an energy structure that is intertwined with our physical body. It is composed of all psychological trauma, sadness, anger and numbness that have been accumulating throughout our lives without being able to process it. When we supress our pain instead of processing it, it becomes denser and gets more power to influence the way we feel and what manifests in our lives. Dearmouring is a way to access our pain-body and help transform it into love and freedom on a physical, mental and emotional level. Our body regains lightness and our energy force is once again free to run through it. We can access our pain-body through any body part, but it is not static. It moves and changes. As we transform it, we need a safe energy space that Lili can hold for us. She went through all different dearmouring processes so she can hold the space for us to transform our pain-bodies. Dearmouring is not a massage, it's an intense process that needs total presence from you and Lili and courage to go into the pain-body and release it. The release is instantaneous and is followed by integration. The most important thing in dearmouring is emotional trust.

Perfume – I advise against wearing perfume to a massage, workshop or yoga classes.
Cancelation – cancelation should be done at least 24 hours before your appointment, otherwise there is no refund.
Reservation – reservation of your spot at a workshop or yoga classes can only be made by paying in advance.
Financial aid – you can pay in installments, but make sure you talk to me about it beforehand.
